This Contract for Capacity Products (hereinafter referred to as “Frame Capacity Contract”) is made by and between Trans Austria Gasleitung GmbH, a company existing and incorporated under the laws of Austria, having its legal office at Wiedner Hauptstrasse 120, 1050 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “TSO”) and SHIPPER NAME, a company existing and incorporated under the laws of XX , having its legal office at XX(hereinafter referred to as “ SHIPPER NAME” or the “System User”).
