THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as AGREEMENT), is made and entered into as of the date of the last Party signature set forth below between the LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as LACFCD), and City of Calabasas (hereinafter referred to as Local Project Sponsor (LPS)). The LACFCD and LPS are hereinafter referred to as Parties or, each individually, as Party for the following project: Citywide Smart Irrigation Control System and Recycled Water Improvements (hereinafter referred to as Project(s)). The requested grant amount for the Project is $620,000.
