The Global Ecobrick Alliance Catalyst Program (Catalyst Program) is a non-binding, good-faith agreement between the Global Ecobrick Alliance (GEA) and the registrant Catalyst Company (the Company) with the mutual goal of Plastic Transition (the Agreement). This document outlines the terms and commitments implicit in the Agreement. The Agreement takes effect after the payment of the annual Catalyst Program fee by the Company. The Catalyst Program, and the non-binding commitments of each party, begins upon this payment, and runs for the next calendar year. The program start date is the 1st of January of the current year.
