Minnesota Service Cooperatives (“MSC”), a joint powers organization comprised of nine educational service cooperatives in the State of Minnesota and Capitol Hill Associates, Inc., (“CHA”), enter into this Association Management Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) effective as of January 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”). MSC and CHA are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
