Altair ProductDesign, Inc., and its affiliates (collectively “Altair”) recognize that employees in all functions and at all levels may be exposed directly to information which may be proprietary in nature. As a company working on the leading edge of technology, Altair is often required to enter into non-disclosure agreements with its customers. Conformance to these agreements requires a commitment of secrecy from our employees. In addition, the confidentiality of Altair’s internal financial, sales and technical information is of great importance to the future success of Altair.
