BANKING SERVICES AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS First Section GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS These terms and conditions shall be construed and implemented pursuant to the Laws of U.A.E., Dubai Islamic Bank's Memorandum and Articles of Association, its regulations, instructions of the Central Bank, the Bank's Internal Sharia Supervision Committee (Sharia Committee) and the principles of Shari'a as set out in the Sharia Standards issued by Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) as amended from time to time.
