The University of Iowa (the University) and the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR), enter into this Voluntary Resolution Agreement (“Agreement”) to voluntarily resolve the gender equity investigation initiated as a result of the above-referenced complaint. OCR has made no finding of any violation of any regulation enforced by OCR.
