EXAMINATION AGREEMENTExamination Agreement • October 16th, 2020
both agree to allow the Commissioner of Finance, State of Missouri, or his duly authorized representatives full and complete access to all records of the Bank or Trust Company maintained by the Servicing Agency. The Bank or Trust Company and the Servicing Agency hereby recognize that the performance of these data processing services is subject to regulation and examination by the Division of Finance, State of Missouri, to the same extent as if the services were being performed by the Bank or Trust Company itself on its own premises, and agree that the results of such examination may be made known to the Bank or Trust Company by the Commissioner of Finance to the extent he deems necessary.
