This Terms of Use (the "Agreement") is a contract you are entering into with Lightricks – so you should read through all of it. Lightricks can also make changes to this Agreement – see more details about that in Section 12.2 (Agreement Modifications by Lightricks) below. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity (such as your employer), you represent that you have full authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, and in such cases references to "you" and "your" shall mean that entity.
