This End User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal document between Netduma and you, which explains your rights and obligations as an End User of Netduma Software Products. "End User" means either (a) you as an individual or (b) your company, if you are using the products in your capacity as Tester or Promoter of the Netduma Product. You are identified as the specific "End User" when the Product (as defined below) is allocated to you by its serial number and MAC address. "Netduma Ltd" means the company registration number, a company registered in England and Wales number 07497799) of 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PW.
