Michigan State University's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources ("MSU CANR") and Delta College, pursuant to this Consortium Agreement (the "Agreement"), agree to provide inter-institutional instructional programs in Agricultural Operations Certificate and Associate of Applied Science in Agricultural Technology (AAS) (each a "Program" and collectively, the "Programs").
