AGREEMENT TO LEASE TOWERS TO PROVISION INTERNET SERVICESAugust 19th, 2019
Lessee will install and thereafter operate, maintain, add to, repair and replace antennas, transmitters and receivers (collectively, the “Antenna”) and all necessary related equipment (collectively, the “Equipment”) all as more particularly set forth and described on Exhibit “A”, in order to provision internet services to homeowners within Whitewater Springs Development. Lessee shall install internet propagating equipment on the tower(s), (the “Tower”). This equipment is collectively called the “Internet Facilities” which includes all antennas, receivers, transmitters or equipment placed in or on the Property. The location(s) for the Towers are more particularly described on the locations sheet (the “Locations”) annexed hereto as Exhibit “B” and made a part hereof.
