This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 10th day of June 2020, by and among (i) Plaintiffs (as defined in Section I.N. below), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class (as defined in Section I.T. below), and (ii) Defendant Britax Child Safety, Inc. (“Britax”) to settle, fully and finally, all of the claims that have been brought in this Lawsuit (as defined in Section I.L. below) on behalf of Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class against Britax relating to certain BOB Gear Jogging Strollers (as defined in Section I.E. below). Plaintiffs and Britax are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
