This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of December 2019, by and between the City of Waite Park, Minnesota (“Waite Park”) and the City of St. Joseph, (“St. Joseph”), Minnesota. Waite Park and St. Joseph are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
