Contract Type FiledJanuary 21st, 2016THIS GRANT RECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into this 25th day of January, 2016 by and between the Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT", and City of Azusa-Light & Water Department, hereinafter referred to as a “GRANT RECIPIENT”. For purposes of this Agreement, DISTRICT and GRANT RECIPIENT may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term “PARTIES.” The capitalized term “PARTY” may refer to either DISTRICT or GRANT RECIPIENT interchangeably.
