THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT is made by and between the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (hereinafter “AURA”), an Arizona non-profit corporation with offices in Hilo, Hawaii, and La Serena, Chile, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Inc.
