This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between Algo42 Ltd. (Hereafter referred to by its trading name “InformedActions”), the entity agreeing to these terms ("Customer") and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws, their Affiliates authorised to provide or receive (as applicable) the Services. This DPA is an addendum to the General Terms and Condition or other written or electronic agreement for the provision of Services between InformedActions and Customer (the "Agreement or “Agreements"). This DPA is effective as of 25 May 2018 (the "Effective Date"). By signing this DPA you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind the applicable entity, to these terms and conditions; (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the party(s) that you represent, to this DPA agreement.
