Whereas The Company is a government company according to the Government Companies Law, 5735-1975, engaging inter alia, in the planning and execution of transportation projects; And Whereas The Company has published Public Tender No. 45/20 for the provision of consultative design services of 'Transport Hubs/Interchanges' in the Ayalon Region (hereinafter: "the Tender"); And Whereas The Service Provider submitted a proposal to the Tender after undertaking to comply with all the conditions of this agreement, and its proposal was selected at the Winning Proposal in the Tender; And Whereas The Service Provider declares that it meets all of the conditions of the Tender, that it possesses all of the means to provide the Services as per the agreement, and that it and its staff, has the professional background, knowledge, experience, human resources, skills and expertise required to execute the Services and all of its obligations as perthis agreement at the highest professional level;
