In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the matter of Facilities Agreement and Assignment Of Sale And Purchase Agreement (1st Party) both dated 5th June 2017 entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 12th April 2017 and Deed of Assignment dated 28th April 2017 between Assignor/Borrower and Tony Bongkok, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
