The undersigned do hereby agree, as a condition of admission to Portsmouth Christian Academy Upper School, to the following statements: (Parents and students should initial each item). This contract applies to any student who is: on school property; in attendance at school; at any school sponsored activity or whose conduct at any other time or place has an effect on maintaining school order and discipline, protecting the safety and welfare of others, or damaging the reputation of our school.
