FT Synthetics Inc. (the “Seller”) warrants to the Owner of a residential building (The Buyer) located in Canada or United States in which the Seller's product Builder's Blue ECO or Builder’s Blue MAX (hereafter called the “Product”) is installed, that the products will meet the lower of (A) the Company's published specifications for the Product at the time of shipment, or (B) any applicable accepted industry standards for the Product at the time of shipment for a period of ten (10) years from the sales invoice date of an authorized reseller (the “Warranty Term”).
