Pursuant to section 205 of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”),1 and part 35 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“Commission”),2 PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”) submits for filing an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (“WMPA”) entered into among PJM, Power Efficiency Corporation (“Wholesale Market Participant” or “Power Efficiency”), and Public Service Electric and Gas Company (“Transmission Owner” or “PSE&G”), executed on February 24, 2016 (“Power Efficiency WMPA”). PJM is submitting the Power Efficiency WMPA for filing because Power Efficiency intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to PSE&G’s distribution facilities. PJM requests an effective date of February 24, 2016 for this WMPA, which is designated as Original Service Agreement No. 4430, and attached to this filing.3 The Power Efficiency WMPA will facilitate Power Efficiency’s intent to engage in jurisdictional wholesale transactions in

(“PJM”) submits for filing an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (“WMPA”) entered into among PJM, SGC Power LLC (“Wholesale Market Participant” or “SGC Power”), and Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“Transmission Owner” or “BGE”), executed on October 13, 2015 (“SGC Power WMPA”). PJM is submitting the SGC Power WMPA for filing because SGC Power intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to BGE’s distribution facilities.
