THIS FACILITY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “FMA”) is entered into as of the 1st day of April, 2021 by and between LST VENUES, LLC (“Manager” or "Provider"), with an address of 6612 E. 75th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250, and Westfield Redevelopment Commission (“Commission”), with an address of 2728 East 171st Street, Westfield, Indiana 46074. Manager and Commission are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
