The Speaker hereby acknowledges that the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) is an agency of the State of Wisconsin and therefore is self-insured for liability protection. The Speaker shall be responsible for any damage to University property caused by an intentional or negligent act of the Speaker or its agent(s) employee(s) or invitee(s) and shall reimburse UWL for the actual cost of repair.
