We, the Undersigned, duly appointed representative of the County of Fresno, hereinafter referred to as “County” and the Stationary Engineers - Local 39, International Union of Operating Engineers, hereinafter referred to as “Union”, having met and conferred in good faith, do hereby jointly prepare and execute the following written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for representation Unit 39 (Unit). It is the purpose of this MOU to promote and provide for harmonious relations, cooperation, and understanding between management and the employees covered herein and to provide an orderly and equitable means of resolving any misunderstanding or differences which may arise under this MOU.
