This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is an addendum to the Terms of Use (“Agreement”) between Ruby Receptionists, Inc., our subsidiary Pure Chat, Inc., and our other affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Ruby,” “us,” or “we”) and the customer subscribing to our Services (“Customer”). This DPA takes effect on the date Customer signs up for Services, and governs the collection, processing, or receipt of Personal Data by Ruby on behalf of the Customer in the course of providing the Services.
