This Athletic Contest Agreement ("Agreement'') is made by and between the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher of Education (''NSHE"), on behalf of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Department of Intercollegiate Athletics ("UNLV"), and University of Nebraska Omaha (''University" or "UNO") (each, a "Party'' or an "Institution" and collectively, the ''Institutions" or ''Parties"). This Agreement is effective as of the last date any authorized signatory affixes his/her signature below ("Effective Date").
