This Engineering Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of May 28, 2020 (the “Execution Date”), by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, acting by and through its governing body, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) and the Civil City of South Bend, an Indiana municipal corporation, acting by and through its Department of Public Works (the “Provider”).
