This Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into this day of April, 2019, by and between the City of Bryan, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (“City”) and Infinity Sports Entertainment, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Lessee”). City and Lessee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
