The County of Bergen, NJ wishes to establish a twelve (12) month contract with two (2) individual twelve (12) month contract renewal options for the provision of Roof Repair, Replacement and Maintenance for the Department of Public Works, the Department of Parks and Recreation plus the respective NJ Purchasing Alliance Cooperative Members. The term of the contract shall commence on or about date of contract award by the Board of Bergen County Commissioners. The decision to award the contract renewal option periods shall be at the sole discretion of the County of Bergen.
