This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between The lnterlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as “TIPS” respectfully) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 4845 US Hwy 271 North, Pittsburg, Texas 75686 and LogMeln USA, lnc.., on behalf of itself and its wholly−owned subsidiaries, including specifically, for provision of audio services, including any related hardware, LogMeln Communications, lnc., LogMeln Audio, LLC, or Grasshopper Group LLC, our telecommunications providers responsible for the rates and terms relating to the respective audio services. (“Vendor” or “awarded vendor”).
