These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”) apply to any services you receive from Taneynet Broadband, Inc. or its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, or assignees ("Taneynet"); are pursuant to your Taneynet Service Agreement(s); apply to each Service (whether offered on a stand-alone basis or in an integrated package); and shall take precedence in any conflict with your Service Agreement(s).
