SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES‌ THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and YOUTH AND FAMILY ENRICHMENT SERVICES, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, on June 25, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 069536 in the amount of $247,050 for the term June 25, 2008 through June 30, 2009 for the purpose of performing the professional services for the Human Services Agency, Children and Family Services Division, hereinafter described, provision of Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP-Plus) to post emancipated foster youth; and WHEREAS, on June 23, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 07
