This Instilled Professional Services Agreement is entered into by and between gomo Learning Limited acting through its division known as Instilled (“Instilled”) and the Client (“Client”) being the organisation specified in the Statement of Work (defined below) that has requested various Professional Services (defined below) from Instilled and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which Instilled will provide those Professional Services to the Client.
