It was officially approved by Resolution No. 2018-85 adopted by the Authority on September 6, 2018 and thereafter re-executed by the parties, effective as of November 7, 2018 (the “Effective Date”). It contains definitive amendments approved in 2013 and 2015, and amendments thereafter that have become effective as of the Effective Date. Certain amendments pending approval have been included in Exhibits A and B hereto, and certain conceptual amendments approved prior to 1999 and for which definitive provisions have not yet been drafted, have been included in their conceptual form in Section 11.05 as authorized amendments.
