This Staffing Service Agreement Renewal Addendum is effective the 30th day of December, 2021 (this “Addendum”) between Key2Cash, LLC DBA KC PEO (an LL Roberts Group Company), a Texas Corporation with an office located at 12225 Greenville Ave., Suite 300, Dallas, Texas 75243 (hereinafter “K2C”), and the City of Euless, Texas, a Texas corporation with principal offices located at 201 North Ector Dr., Euless, Texas 76039 (hereinafter client), relating to the Texas Star Golf Course and Conference Center. In consideration of the provisions below and of other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
