In order to secure payment of all amounts which may, at any time hereinafter, become due and owing to CLEAVER’S FARM SUPPLY, INC., d/b/a CLEAVER FARM & HOME in connection with open account sales to the above named Customer grants CLEAVER’S FARM SUPPLY, INC a purchase money security interest in and lien on all equipment and other merchandise sold to Customer, together with all parts, accessories, repairs, improvements and accessions thereto, and proceeds, products and issue therefrom now or hereafter at any time made or acquired (all hereafter called the “collateral”). Customer agrees to execute at the request of CLEAVER’S FARM SUPPLY, INC SUCH UCC Financing Statements or other documents as may be necessary for CLEAVER’S FARM SUPPLY, INC to perfect a lien on the collateral.
