Any contract for sale, purchase order, or any other writing confirming a business transaction (hereinafter “Contract”) between GAR Laboratories, Inc. (hereinafter "GAR") and a Buyer is expressly conditioned upon these Terms and Conditions of Sale. GAR retains the right to change and/or modify these applicable Terms and Conditions at any time unless otherwise agreed in writing between GAR and Buyer. No Contract, purchase order, or other document constituting a contract between GAR and Buyer may be altered or amended, nor its terms be waived, except as modified in writing and signed by an authorized representative of GAR.
