The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and the University of Texas at Austin (“Performing Agency”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following agreement for Recovery-Oriented System of Care–Training and Technical Assistance (ROSC-TTA) services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of “The Interagency Cooperation Act,” Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
