THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made and entered into on the executed date, by and between the UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, hereinafter referred to as “UDOT”, and The City of St. George, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereinafter referred to as “St. George” hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” for the provision of public transit services from St. George to Zion National Park hereinafter referred to as “Transit Services”.
