Yes, I would like to purchase natural gas under Connect Energy's Wholesale Flex Plan at a price equal to the actual spot market costs at the Saskatchewan wholesale market hub known as the TransGas Energy Pool ("TEP") plus a Transaction Fee for an initial term of one (1) year commencing on or about November 1, 2013. I may at any time switch to a Connect Energy fixed rate plan with no cost to the Customer.
