Company and Cascade enter into this Agreement to comply with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), its implementing regulations (45 C.F.R. Parts 160‑164), as well as other privacy and confidentiality considerations of Company. This Agreement is a corollary to the Electronic Equipment Retirement and Recycling Service Agreement engaged in by both parties.
