The purpose and intent of this official document is to establish between a junior volleyball player and a registered club of the Carolina Region an understanding that each party will affiliate with each other for the entire duration of the current USAV Indoor season (the indoor season ends at the 2025 USAV Junior National Championships regardless of whether a team/player/club continues to play through that event). This document should not be used and does not replace any additional contracts required by the club to affiliate with their club. This document will only be used by the Region if there is a dispute between clubs concerning an athlete’s original commitment. Signed letters of commitment will be kept on file by the club and serve as official documentation of affiliation for Region purposes. This document SHOULD NOT be sent to the Carolina Region by individuals or clubs unless requested by the Region!
