THIS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT is made pursuant to the Industrial Relations Act, this 18th day of May 2006, between THE SINGAPORE MANUAL & MERCANTILE WORKERS’ UNION of 65 Lorong 24A Geylang, Singapore 398589, being a trade union of employees registered pursuant to the Trade Unions Act (hereinafter called the “Union”) of the one part and the MITSUBISHI CORPORATION, being a company incorporated in Japan and having a registered office at 1 Temasek Avenue, #19-00 Millenia Tower, Singapore 039192 (hereinafter called the “Company”) of the other part whereby it is agreed that the rates of salaries, terms and conditions of employment and working conditions specified in this Agreement shall be observed by the parties hereto.
