Pueblo, Colorado 81003 (hereinafter referred to as “District 60”), and the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as “City”). City and District 60 may each be referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
