As of Summer 2020, there exists a nationwide pandemic known as the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The parties to this contract agree that this agreement is subject to all laws, rules, regulations and guidelines of any state or federal authority. If necessary the parties shall immediately meet to amend this agreement with a memorandum of understanding to be consistent with the above mentioned laws, rules, regulations or guidelines and in the interim any provision of this agreement that violates any law, rule, regulation or guidance shall be suspended. Any agreement shall be reduced to writing and signed by the parties. This provision expires on June 30, 2021 unless extended by written agreement of the parties.
