This Agreement is the entire Agreement between Grantek and the Client and supersedes the terms of any purchase orders and any other communications, including electronic mail or oral agreements with respect to this project. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the Client and Grantek.
