THIS AGREEMENT is by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth” or “Company”), a Georgia corporation, and Page Plus, Inc. (“Reseller ”), a Georgia corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of August 24, 1998.
