THIS ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated effective the 14th day of August, 2018 (“'Effective Date”), by and between 307 Sagamore Parkway West LLC, an Ohio limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, the “Owner”), and Longardner Investments, Inc., an Indiana for profit Corporation (the “Tenant”), and the City of West Lafayette (the “City”).
