The undersigned employee is being issued a cellular-capable mobile device by the University to be used to conduct activities consistent and conducive to the business of the University. It is the policy of the University that mobile device(s) issued by the University are to be used primarily for University business purposes and not for personal purposes or for private gain or advantage.
